Tribute and memorial gifts offer an impactful and meaningful way to honor a loved one while fueling Team Gleason’s mission of supporting the ALS community.

If you wish to create a personalized Tribute or Memorial giving webpage for your loved one, we can provide a unique link to share with family and friends. This page will feature their name and a photo, and a QR code will be provided to make sharing easy. You will also receive a password-protected report that allows you to see who has donated and any messages left in their honor or memory.

Getting started is simple! Email the following items to gratitude@teamgleason.org:

• One high quality photo of your loved one
• Your loved one’s name as you would like it listed on the tribute or memorial site

Please note that donations made through this method cannot be anonymous. If you prefer to allow for anonymous donations, you can direct people here where they can donate in tribute to your loved one without revealing their identity. Alternatively, donors can mail checks to our office with a note specifying the tribute in the memo line. You will still receive a report of these donations, though the donor’s information will remain confidential.
